Vestas Technology & Operations > Supply Chain > Global Service Supply Chain Service Supply Chain is a department covering all the Spareparts flow to service operations around the globe. We are responsible for supply to all the service sites, construction sites and after sales across all the regions. The Global Warehouse Operations department is responsible for ensuring material availability and operational excellence across our warehouse network. Responsibilities Support and collaborate with Customs team to fulfill local requirement, both technical and documentation Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and Vestas's policies Support VAT refund applications and related documentation processes Support implementation and execution of Clover related activities Identify compliance risks and support corrective actions Support process improvements within customs and trade compliance activities Provide reporting and documentation support when required Qualifications A minimum of 2 years' experience within Supply Chain, Customs, Logistics or International Trade Experience working with customs clearance and import/export documentation Knowledge of Chinese customs regulations and trade compliance requirements Experience with SAP Extensive experience with MS Office Good coordination skills Good written and spoken English skills Competencies Well organized and self-motivated to work Planning and organization skills Attention to detail Works well with others Communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills Positive mindset and supportive attitude Safety first behavior and attitude Primary work location: Tianjin, China You can apply online by clicking on the "Apply Online" button at the top or bottom of this page Please note: We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing date.
