The Sizewell C Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.#SZCJobs Agent CWA Sizewell C Job Responsibilities The Agent (TCA) is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of works within the Temporary Construction Areas (TCA) on the Sizewell C project. The role ensures that operations are executed in line with project requirements, health & safety standards, environmental obligations, and programme timelines. Qualifications • Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). • CSCS card (relevant level). • SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification Experience Operational Delivery • Manage and oversee day-to-day activities within assigned TCA zones. • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements. • Coordinate site operations, including logistics, access, and sequencing of works. • Monitor progress against programme and report any delays or risks. Health, Safety & Wellbeing • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture aligned with SZC and CWA standards. • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with HSE regulations and site procedures. • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments (RAMS), and briefings (toolbox talks). • Ensure welfare considerations for all personnel working within the TCA. Coordination & Stakeholder Management • Interface with internal teams (construction, logistics, engineering) and external stakeholders. • Ensure coordination with subcontractors and suppliers working within the TCA. • Support alignment with site-wide logistics and access planning requirements. Planning & Reporting • Support short- and medium-term planning of works within the TCA. • Track and report performance, progress, and key risks to management. • Maintain accurate site records, including permits, inspections, and compliance documentation For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
