Main duties of the job Avery Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join their award-winning team at Clare Court Care Home in Birmingham. The role involves acting as a person in charge, ensuring high standards of care for residents, and standing in for the Manager when necessary. Key responsibilities include nursing tasks such as medication distribution, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic conditions. The nurse will also advise families and GPs on changes in residents' conditions, supervise staff to ensure all tasks are completed, and provide high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning. Applicants must embody Avery's values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all their actions. The ideal candidate will possess a First Level qualification, a current NMC Registration, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. A DBS Disclosure check is required, funded by Avery Healthcare, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory. ABOUT THE ROLE
