Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Golf Attendant you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
• Deliver a warm welcome: Greet golfers and guests upon arrival, assist with the check-in process, confirm tee times and reservations, and provide clear information about the golf course, facilities, services, and daily conditions. • Prepare every golf experience: Organize and prepare golf carts, bags, trolleys, and rental equipment, ensuring everything is clean, safe, fully operational, and ready for use. • Provide expert assistance: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the golf course, practice facilities, equipment, dress code, local rules, tournaments, and available services to respond confidently to guest enquiries. • Promote golf services: Recommend golf rentals, practice facilities, lessons, merchandise, food and beverage options, and other available services, contributing to an enhanced guest experience and increased revenue. • Delight our guests: Anticipate golfers’ needs, respond promptly to requests, handle concerns with professionalism and care, and provide personalized assistance before and after each round.
