Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be responsible for auditing and reconciling daily hotel revenue across rooms, F&B and other outlets to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely financial reporting.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
• Revenue Accuracy: Audit and reconcile daily hotel revenue from rooms, F&B and other outlets to ensure all revenue is accurately recorded. • Financial Controls: Verify cash, credit cards, rebates, allowances, paid-outs and other transactions are properly authorized and supported. • Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare daily revenue reports and ensure timely reconciliation of settlements, discrepancies and general ledger entries. • Attention to Detail: Review room rates, room status, complimentary rooms and outlet transactions to identify and follow up on discrepancies. • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all audit documents are properly filed and comply with hotel policies and accounting procedures. • Team Support: Work closely with Front Office, F&B, Revenue and other departments to resolve discrepancies and support smooth financial operations. • Month-End Support: Assist with month-end closing, cash counts, audits and other Finance-related requirements.

• University degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience. • Attention to detail, good communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office with system skills in OnQ, Opera, Micros, Check SCM, SUN. • A professional accounting qualification would be advantageous.
