About this role
The candidate will need to perform:
• Develop a holistic staffing model, providing strategic insight using data-driven analytics to forecast future staffing needs, skills, and availability.
• Collaborate with Service Network and Line Leaders to understand resourcing needs and provide appropriate hiring or loaning recommendations.
• Manage workforce capacity planning, periodic reporting, and day-to-day deliverables.
• Analyze forecast, utilization, hiring, and bench status, and propose corrective measures.
• Review and analyze capacity and demand forecasts to determine resourcing needs.
• Oversee various dashboards (weekly/monthly) for forecasting, demand pipeline, and hiring.
• Drive standardization of resource management processes across business capabilities and geographies.
• Participate actively in meetings with external and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis of forecast/plan vs actuals, including hours and utilization.
• Lead and manage a team of 5+ Resource Managers, providing guidance and support.
• Create an efficient and collaborative team environment, promoting respect, celebrating successes, and enabling work-life balance.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in different disciplines such as HR, Recruiting, Operations, F&A and other resource management teams
• Build credibility with Network and Line Leaders, becoming a trusted advisor to the business.
• Provide expertise on tools and reports, addressing any queries from the team and delivery.
• Motivate the team to generate and implement innovative ideas for resource management.

The candidate will also be responsible for:
• Assist the business in fulfilling resourcing needs for demands and provide insights on resource availability across multiple channels.
• Analyzing demand & supply gap and offer resourcing options.
• Work with business to understand resourcing needs and take appropriate hiring/loaning decisions
• Support client service delivery by meeting quality guidelines and turnaround times.
• Review and analyze monthly management information reports.
• Support transformation and innovation projects.
• Variance analysis and finding root cause / reasons for variance
• Bench Management – Ensure best utilization of bench staff
• Conduct periodic trainings and update knowledge base and process documentation.
• Identify current process issues and suggest process improvements.
• 10+ years of experience in resource management.
• Strong understanding of resource management principles.
• Knowledge of capacity planning and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills to analyze capacity and derive hiring/loaning needs.
• Ability to analyze variances between forecast/plan and actuals and identify key issues.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledgeable in Power BI (preferred).
• Experience with RM or WFM tools/applications (IEX, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect eWFM, Retain, etc.) preferred.
• Team management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Resource management experience in Managed Services business (FS, KYC, AML, Cyber Security, etc.) is preferred.
• VBA macro skills would be an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university - BBM/BCA/BCom/BA/BSc/BE
• A Post Graduate diploma/degree from an accredited college/university - MBA/MCom
