As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the voice of our client's brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus is to handle a high volume of customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will promote and sell our client's products, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information to customers. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to customer inquiries via telephone. • Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to our client's products or services. • Promote and sell/renew our client's products, ensuring customer needs are met. • Investigate and address customer complaints, providing timely resolutions. • Handle product-related issues, including defective parts and billing inquiries. • Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions using a computer system. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data. • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide support as needed. • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
• 3 CXC, City & Guilds, H.E.A.R.T Certificate in Customer Service, or equivalent preferred. • Fluent in verbal and written English, with excellent communication skills. • Ability to multi-task, organize, and manage time effectively. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for technical issues. • Proficient in using standard software packages, especially Microsoft Office. • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. • Effective listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high demand. • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
