About this role
Based in Manila, this role supports Talent Acquisition across Asia through proactive candidate sourcing, talent-pool development, recruitment data management, reporting and process administration. The role will partner with country Talent Acquisition teams and hiring stakeholders to strengthen access to talent, maintain accurate recruitment information and enable consistent, efficient TA operations across the region.
Main Activities and Responsibilities: • Proactively source candidates for priority and recurring roles across Asia using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, professional networks and other relevant channels. • Build and maintain structured talent pools and market maps by role family, skill set, location and business priority, with clear and current candidate information. • Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening to confirm interest, relevant experience, location, availability and other agreed criteria before handover to the responsible recruiter. • Partner with country TA teams and hiring stakeholders to understand upcoming hiring needs, target profiles and sourcing priorities. • Maintain accurate, complete and timely candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system and agreed regional trackers. • Own the consolidation, validation and preparation of Asia TA data and recurring reports, including pipeline activity, recruitment progress, source effectiveness, offer outcomes and other agreed metrics. • Monitor data quality, identify gaps or inconsistencies and follow up with relevant stakeholders to keep regional reporting reliable. • Provide process administration across the recruitment lifecycle, including requisition and candidate record checks, interview coordination support, document tracking, status updates and filing. • Maintain standard TA templates, process documents, reporting calendars and shared folders to support consistent ways of working across Asia. • Support regional TA projects, campaigns, audits and continuous-improvement initiatives, including the adoption of new tools or reporting practices. • Handle candidate and recruitment information professionally and confidentially, in line with company requirements and applicable data-privacy obligations. • Keep up to date with sourcing practices, talent-market developments and recruitment technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment sourcing, recruitment operations or a similar role. • Practical knowledge of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process and candidate lifecycle. • Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations or working in a regional or shared-services environment is desirable. • Good written and spoken English. Additional Asian language capability is an advantage. Key Competencies and Skills • Strong candidate-sourcing capability, including Boolean search, direct outreach, talent mapping and pipeline development. • Confidence using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing or recruitment tools. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data cleansing, formulas, pivot tables, lookups and basic dashboard or chart preparation. • Ability to consolidate and interpret recruitment data and translate it into clear, accurate and useful management reports. • Good understanding of recruitment workflow, data governance and process controls. • Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-through across multiple countries, roles and deadlines. • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work effectively with recruiters, HR colleagues, hiring managers, candidates and vendors. • Continuous-improvement mindset, with the confidence to identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions.
