About this role

Education B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline Role Overview We are looking for a technically strong and motivated Electrical & Electronics Engineer to support engineering and service activities. The role will involve electrical/electronic system understanding, troubleshooting, technical analysis, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Support electrical and electronic system design, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting. • Analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation. • Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of electrical/electronic issues. • Support testing, validation, commissioning, and field/service-related activities. • Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and other cross-functional teams. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, test results, and engineering records. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and product/service reliability. • Support resolution of technical issues through structured problem-solving and corrective actions. • Ensure adherence to engineering standards, safety requirements, and quality processes. • Participate in continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Technical Skills

• Strong fundamentals in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. • Good understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, power electronics, and electronic components. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and circuit drawings. • Knowledge of electrical measurements, testing, and troubleshooting techniques. • Exposure to AC/DC systems, power supplies, sensors, relays, contactors, control panels, etc. • Basic understanding of PLC/control systems would be an advantage. • Knowledge of relevant electrical and safety standards is preferred. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to engineering tools/software is an advantage.

Experience Profile 2–4 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Electrical Systems, Power Electronics, Testing, Commissioning, Product Engineering, or Technical/Service Support. Preferred Exposure

• Electrical/electronic equipment or industrial systems. • Power electronics and electrical controls. • Product testing and validation. • Field troubleshooting/service support. • Engineering change management and technical documentation.
