Work Schedule: 100% FTE; 50% Night Shifts (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM); 50% AM shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM). Seven days on, seven days off rotation. Then 2 weeks of day shifts. Hours may vary based on the operational need of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Critical Care (overnights) and Gen Med/Gen Surg to: • Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient services to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective. • Actively participate in bedside medical emergencies, providing expertise in medication selection, preparation, procurement, documentation, and medication history review. • Engage in interdisciplinary patient care rounds, including medication reconciliation, therapy monitoring, order verification, patient education, drug information support, and individualized drug dosing. • Provide patient care to a diverse population including critical care, medical and surgical patients. • Teach and precept Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through structured practical experiences and formal didactic education.
