• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and equipment • Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision • Follow all safety practices and utilize proper PPE at all times • Comply with all NOV policies, HSE standards, and quality procedures • Support team operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
• Ability to work overtime and various shifts as required • Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift • Perform frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly • Push and pull equipment or materials as needed during the shift
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine shop environment preferred • Strong attendance, reliability, and dependability • Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment • High attention to detail and quality of work • Ability to learn technical repair and assembly procedures • Willingness to be cross-trained across multiple job functions • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment • Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures Veterans Welcome At NOV, we proudly support and hire U.S. military veterans.
