As a CCE, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer support processes. This role involves working closely with our BPM and WFM teams to enhance operational efficiency and provide an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our business, ensuring we deliver on our promises to our clients.
• Manage and prioritize customer support tickets and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Collaborate with the BPM team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. • Work closely with the WFM team to optimize workforce scheduling and resource allocation. • Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team on customer support trends and issues. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of customer service. • Conduct regular quality assurance checks on customer interactions to maintain consistency and excellence. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer support and service delivery. • Assist in training and mentoring new customer support staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge. • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company's values and culture.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in a BPO or similar environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. • Proficiency in using customer support tools and systems, including CRM software and ticketing systems. • Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for process improvements. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and issues. • A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Basic knowledge of BPM and WFM concepts and their application in customer support is preferred. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes as the company evolves. • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; a college degree in a relevant field is an asset.
