About a role:
Ensuring social management in accordance with the ResponsibleSteel principles. Participation in the maintenance and updating of process documents of the company policy, the management manual, social principles and other documents. Planning, coordination and implementation of processes within the framework of social Management.
Responsibilities:
• Planning and coordination of external system audits. • Evaluation of audit results and findings. • Ensuring the derivation of appropriate preventive, corrective, and improvement measures. • Monitoring the implementation of measures resulting from audits and management reviews. • Coordination of the preparation of templates and documentation for the annual management review. • Reporting on the management system to senior management and the Managing Director. • Supporting the organization, creation, and revision of content for company-wide documents, including: • Corporate Policy • AMEH Management Manual • Social Principles • Fatigue Policy • Zero Tolerance Policy • Stakeholder Analysis
• Monitoring deadlines for the creation, revision, and approval of required documents. • Coordination of internal and external reporting related to the management system. • Coordination of internal and external communication on management system–relevant topics. • Acting as a coordinator for international and external consulting and communication activities. • Planning, coordination, and implementation of risk management related to social issues. • Planning, coordination, and implementation of an effective complaints mechanism. • Planning, monitoring of effectiveness, and adjustment of company social benefits. • Planning, effectiveness monitoring, and adaptation of workplace inclusion and diversity topics. • Review of legal changes related to social issues. • Derivation and implementation of operational measures to ensure compliance with legal changes. • Implementation and monitoring of ResponsibleSteel requirements. • Determination, planning, coordination, and monitoring of international audit programs. • Preparation, revision, and maintenance of social management and management system documentation. • Coordination of qualifications and training within the area of responsibility. • Preparation and revision of management documents and audit-related records. • Completion of operational, project-related, and special tasks within social management and auditing.
Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant field. • Many years of professional experience in social management, auditing, compliance, or management systems. • Strong business and operational knowledge. • Practical experience with SAP and IT systems. • Professional responsibility with authority over process execution and control powers. • Proficient use of modern office communication technology and IT systems. • Solid knowledge of: • Standards and audit documents • Integrated management systems • Operational instructions, working guidelines, and operational regulations • Corporate strategies, rules, and concepts • Legal basis, works agreements, and the Works Constitution Act • Documentation, correspondence, analyses, and project-related materials
• Fluent in German and English (B2/C1 level)
