About this role
• To maintain operational relationship with the nominated Advertisement Vendor - To ensure smooth advertisement operations (stickering/de-stickering/installation/un-installation) - To organize and complete damage claims on time. - To ensure vendor's accountability on every step of the process • - To finalize the selection of vehicles (Brand wise, age wise, shift wise) for any upcoming campaign - Apply for permit on the Official Portals (for Dubai, n/a for Abu Dhabi) - To plan the dates and quantity of activities (installation/un-installation) per day - Manage communication with drivers for the appointments - Coordinate with Operations for any vehicle suspensions (if needed) - Involve Garage team/Vendor team members as witness for check-in and check-out reports - Coordinate with garage team to make claim reports for vehicle with damages and submit to the vendor
- To achieve the weekly and monthly target that of stickering and de-stickering targets (when campaigns exist) - Post campaign, limit the damages to under 5% - Ensure 100% recovery of damages from the advertisement vendor
