About this role
• Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products manually or using basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
• Deliver raw materials to production lines as per production schedules.
• Receive goods from suppliers and assist in their inspection and storage.
• Label and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
• Assist in packing, wrapping, and palletizing finished goods for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and production support areas.
• Conduct basic stock checks and notify supervisors of low or damaged stock.
• Follow health and safety procedures while handling chemicals, packaging materials, or equipment.
• Cooperate with manufacturing and quality control teams to ensure material readiness and compliance.
• Help in waste removal and proper disposal of packaging or rejected materials.
Educational Qualification
• High school certificate or equivalent preferred. • On-the-job training or forklift/manual handling certification is an advantage. Work Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or factory support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Competencies
• Basic understanding of manufacturing warehouse operations. • Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor in a factory environment. • Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. • Team player with a good work ethic. • Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in manufacturing. • Basic inventory awareness. Languages
• English (basic spoken) is required.
