• Candidates pursuing an MBA in Finance, graduating in 2026 • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen interest in banking and financial technology • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to interact with global clients • Passionate about digital transformation, fintech, and innovation in the banking domain • While not mandatory, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science will be considered a plus

Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement: Work closely with global banks to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable Finacle solutions • Problem Solving: Identify gaps in banking operations and propose innovative, technology‑driven solutions • Solution Implementation: Support end‑to‑end implementation of Finacle’s digital banking suite • Market & Industry Research: Analyze trends in the banking and fintech space to support solution design and strategy • Pre‑Engagement Consulting: Drive RFP responses and deliver bespoke solution demonstrations to prospects and establish fitment and generate client value. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, product managers, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
