Department Manager- Soft Lines HIRING INCENTIVE
Job Description: Under the direction of the store manager, is responsible for the in-store operations that are directly involved in the sale of merchandise for an accountable selling area or areas. Responsible for maximizing sales, profit, and inventory objectives within these areas.

1 YEAR SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT RETAIL OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILTY AND BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK. ABILITY TO MAKE SOUND DECISIONS. EXCELLENT TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. EXCELLENT COACHING AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS.
Job Qualifications: One year of retail experience in retail store operations within the last two years is required.
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
Major Duties: Manage financial and operational duties. Customer relations. Supervises, trains, and develops all sales staff associated with assigned areas. Perform other duties as assigned.
