• Take responsibility for developing targeted Foodservice key accounts in the EMEA region • Work with sales leadership to implement global and regional Key Account strategies across the region • Lead projects from customer briefing to implementation, with full responsibility and accountability. • Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development. • Lead a diverse foodservice and ingredients portfolio, including both branded and bespoke solutions. • Negotiate pricing with customer. • Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans. • Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers. • Establish and develop long-term customer relationships. • Monitoring the market and identify market potential. • Direct reporting to the relevant Key Account Director and dotted line to the Commercial Director for Foodservice EMEA

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent English language skills. • Flexible and willingness to travel regularly within the region • Independent and structured work • Enthusiasm, initiative and ability to work under pressure • Strong customer, service orientation and technology skills

Education & Experience: (University degree, work experience, industry, etc.)

• 5yrs+ sales experience in the EMEA foodservice business segments (B2B), including the Coffee and QSR industries. • Knowledge and commercial contacts to foodservice chains, independents and distributors across the Region. • Consistent track record in Project Management and Sales performance. • Ideally a university degree in a relevant discipline. • Ability to work in teams within a matrix organization and strong communication skills Your Future Perspective
