As a Security Supervisor, you will be the person ensuring your team of officers is trained, motivated, and ready to spot threats before they escalate in environments such as corporate campuses, healthcare facilities, commercial properties, etc.
What's in it for you:
• 1-3 years of Security Supervisor experience REQUIRED • Site Location: Philadelphia, PA • Set schedule: Part Time, Overnight. • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of security officers on site • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff • Monitor security systems and patrols to detect any suspicious activity • Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats, and guide the team's response • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and post compliance • Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors • Analyze security systems and procedures to identify potential vulnerabilities • Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications of a Security Supervisor
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. • Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED • Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Strong report writing skills • Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills • Strong proficiency with technology • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! • You have a state license if required In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work.
