Description: TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our highly skilled hospital medicine team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta in Augusta, Georgia! The clinician hired for this role will work a night shift schedule from 6pm - 6am. Doctors Hospital of Augusta • Doctors Hospital of Augusta is a 350-bed full service hospital • Level II trauma center • Certified Primary Stroke Center and Accredited Chest Pain Center • EMR: Meditech
Opportunity Overview • 7-on, 7-off block schedule model • Great compensation package • No solo clinician coverage required • Closed ICU: 20-bed • Typical nocturnist responsibilities: admissions, cross coverage, and medical consults for burn patients • Average admissions on the night shift is between 6-8 • HM team responds to MRT and codes
