Senior Consultant-Devops Engineer
Job Description: Infosys is looking for SCON who can Design, build, and manage scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient application delivery.
Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 7 years of Information Technology experience. • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Required Skills • Design & manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda) • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) • Automate build, release, and operational workflows • Monitor system performance, availability, and cost optimization • Ensure cloud security, compliance, and access controls (IAM, KMS) • Troubleshoot production issues and drive RCA • Collaborate with Dev, QA, and Ops teams for seamless releases • Strong AWS expertise (core services + architecture) • CI/CD tools: Jenkins / GitLab CI / CodePipeline • IaC: Terraform / CloudFormation • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS) • Scripting: Python / Bash • Monitoring: CloudWatch / Prometheus / Grafana • Good understanding of networking, security, and Linux • Min 5 years in DevOps / Cloud engineering Hands-on AWS deployment and automation experience The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: Ontario- $92740 to $105007
