We currently have an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team. To provide efficient and timely payroll duties in a professional manner and to provide administration support to the payroll department. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: • To ensure that deadlines for revenue are met and appropriate payments processed. • Downloading RPN’s • To ensure that we comply with government legislation in relation to all payroll activities. • Ensure that payroll instructions are received through appropriate channels. • Provision of information in a timely and professional manner to relevant contacts • Maintenance of the Integrity of all payroll information • Ensure all appropriate payroll checks and signs offs are in place! • To liaise with finance, ensuring that all transactions are transparent within the payroll department. • To process all payroll deductions through appropriate channels, to include pension, VHI, etc. • To provide support to the HR Regional Managers and in turn the stores, in relation to file management, pay and contract queries, reference checking, administration, etc. • Provision of advice and guidance on queries to relevant contacts • Escalation of queries through the relevant challenges • Ensure that all appropriate payroll files and records are maintained in accordance with company needs and legislation. • Driving continuous improvement in the payroll and HRSS Team.
