Job Description: This is a two-year, internal, non independent role supporting GT leadership as a member of the Inc. Program Management Office (PMO).
This role leads program management of the company’s DDTC Consent Agreement execution plan by owning the master schedule, maintaining disciplined execution, and driving progress across all obligations. It serves as the primary coordination point with Global Trade (GT), the Business Segments, and functional stakeholders to ensure operational changes are implemented, documentation is collected, and consistent Segment support is sustained for audits and oversight activities.
Please note, in the early months of this role, frequent travel (~40%) may be needed to build relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate ramp up time. After this period, one to two days a week onsite in Falls Church, VA will be typical.
Responsibilities • Build and maintain the master program plan covering all Consent Agreement obligations, associated projects, milestones, and deliverables ensuring timely collection, validation, and submission of all inputs. • Track all deadlines, dependencies, and risks; drive timely execution and escalate risks before they impact schedule. • Partner with GT and functional leadership to drive required changes into business processes and drive functional and Segment owners to be accountable to program commitments and timelines. • Serve as the centralized coordination point for Segment data collection, evidence gathering, and audit response, ensuring consistency across Segments. • Coordinate with GT Leadership, Legal, IT, Security, Engineering, Business Development, Government Relations, and the Segments to secure resources, information, and commitments required for each deliverable. • Manage the cadence of program governance, including status reviews, milestone gates, and reporting to GT leadership, the Designated Official, the General Counsel, and senior leadership. • Collect and preserve all documentation and evidence required to demonstrate completion of Consent Agreement obligations. • Provide support to the Designated Official and external auditors by organizing materials, facilitating Segment access, tracking findings, and coordinating any follow-on actions through to closure. • Capture and track Designated Official requests through to completion. • Coordinate and support Segment site visits, self-assessments, and compliance assistance activity, and track resulting findings to closure. • Track program costs against the remedial compliance budget and support the CFO’s annual accounting submission to DDTC. • Provide a single, centralized view of program status, including completed tasks, in progress work, risks, responsible owners, and upcoming milestones.
Required Skills and Education: • Program or project management experience leading a PMO or program office for complex, cross functional initiatives with externally driven deadlines. • Proven ability to drive cross functional change and coordinate stakeholders without direct authority. • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with comfort presenting to executive leadership. Demonstrated executive presentation and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations. • Ability to sustain program momentum and Business Segment engagement across the two-year term, maintaining continuity of evidence and institutional knowledge through the first audit and into certification readiness. • Expertise in project tracking and reporting tools. • Ability to lead through ambiguity, adapt quickly, and maintain momentum in evolving environments. • Ability to obtain security clearance.
Preferred Skills and Education: • Project Management Professional certification or equivalent preferred. • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred, with demonstrated ability to apply process improvement and measurement discipline to a regulated compliance program.
