How You?ll Make an Impact · Participate in purchasing strategies and sourcing plans to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of materials and supplies in support of operational and project requirements. · Serve as the liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders, obtaining required approvals, reviewing requisitions and supply plans, and managing end-to-end purchase order execution and procurement transactions in SAP. · Prepare requests for quotation, develop new sources of supply, and evaluate market conditions to support effective sourcing decisions for domestic and international purchases. · Participate in the negotiation of prices, commercial terms, quality requirements, framework agreements, and pricing agreements to ensure contractual coverage with key suppliers. · Manage commercial relationships with key suppliers through regular business reviews and supplier visits, while resolving delivery, quality, and other supplier-related issues. · Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying savings opportunities with suppliers and implementing follow-up actions to improve procurement performance and value creation for the company. What You Bring · Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in related field · Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing or Procurement. Experience in commodity or supply chain management, and contract management · Solid track record of delivering increased value and significant cost savings for partners and customers through strategic sourcing and supplier analysis. · Experience utilizing SAP or other ERP systems to manage purchase orders, supplier data, and procurement transactions is highly desirable.
