Main duties of the job As Care Home Deputy Manager at Cadbury Hall Care home, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality care to up to 34 residents. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership responsibilities in their absence. You will be involved in ensuring care standards are met, motivating and inspiring a multidisciplinary team, and helping every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life. Responsibilities include leading by example, conducting regular audits, supervised clinical practice, checking regulatory compliance, setting the highest standards, and developing strategies to achieve goals. The role requires experience in helping residents with varying health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, and handling clinical risk assessments. Additional experience in HR or recruitment, sales, marketing, and budget management is beneficial. Successful candidates will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging environment.

Qualifications Essential

Experience in healthcare management, safeguarding investigations, clinical risk assessments, HR experience, sales and marketing knowledge, budget management skills
