This position offers specific project support services to the International Health Coordination Centre based in the Policy and International Health Directorate. Responsibilities include planning and organising various project activities and work streams across the Directorate and the broader organisation.The post-holder will supportspecificoperational administrative tasks necessary to deliver programs and projectssuch as the monitoring and evaluation of the PHW International Health Strategyon time and within budget. These programs often involve internal and external stakeholders and have fixed timelines. This role is crucial for coordinating key participants to advance the workstreams.The Project Support Officer must possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, capable of managing, developing, and influencing both people and projects. Duties include timely and accurate project and program reporting, supporting quality assurance processes for individual projects, and contributing to the creation of reports and papers for relevant meetings.Working independently without daily supervision, the post-holder will escalate any identified risks and issues through the appropriate channels.
