We are offering an exciting permanent 37.5 hour per week opportunity within our DAANA (Devon Adult Autism and ADHD service) team.
Based at Forde House in Exeter, this role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.

Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Confidence using Microsoft Office and other standard IT systems.A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Main duties of the job
What you will be doing:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the DAANA team.Supporting with data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.Handling correspondence, managing diaries, and organising meetings.Assisting with the coordination of service delivery and liaising with internal departments and external partners.

Person Specification
Experience Essential
Excellent organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to change when required. Previous experience of working within an administrative or secretarial team. Experience of dealing with confidential and complex information.
Qualifications Essential
Business Administration Level 3 / T Level qualification in Management and Administration, or equivalent experience. GCSE English or equivalent. Evidence of continuing professional and personal development.
Desirable
ICDL (International Computer Driving License), or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Skills Essential
Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Office Packages, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Working knowledge of a range of administrative procedures including diary management and arranging appointments. Experience or understanding of creating electronic records, electronic filing systems. Ability to manage diverse workload whilst dealing with frequent interruptions. Ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure.
