We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead the development and growth of our corporate fundraising and trusts and grants income streams. This is an exciting opportunity to secure vital funding that enables us to provide outstanding care and support to patients and families across Sheffield.
You will develop and deliver ambitious income generation strategies, build meaningful partnerships with businesses, trusts and foundations, and maximise opportunities to generate sustainable income growth. You will also provide leadership and support to the Corporate Fundraiser and Trusts & Grants Manager, helping to create a high-performing and collaborative team.
This role would suit someone with experience in fundraising, business development, account management or partnership management who thrives on relationship building and achieving results.
Main duties of the job The successful postholder will:
Develop and implement corporate fundraising and trusts and grants strategies to achieve income targets. Identify, secure and grow partnerships with local and national businesses, trusts and foundations. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate supporters and funders through excellent stewardship and engagement. Develop compelling funding proposals, presentations and partnership opportunities. Monitor income performance and provide regular reporting against agreed targets and objectives. Lead and support the Corporate Fundraiser and Trusts & Grants Manager, providing effective supervision, motivation and development. Work collaboratively with colleagues across St Luke's to maximise fundraising opportunities and demonstrate the impact of supporter contributions. Represent St Luke's at meetings, networking events and partnership activities across Sheffield and the surrounding area.
The role involves regular travel across Sheffield and the surrounding area, with occasional evening and weekend working.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
