The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills We are seeking a highly experienced Semiconductor Test Development Engineer with deep expertise in mixed-signal and high-precision analog device testing. The successful candidate will develop, debug, optimize, and support production test solutions using the Teradyne J750 platform with the CTO option. Required Qualifications
• 15+ years of semiconductor test-development experience • Extensive hands-on experience with the Teradyne J750 ATE platform • Practical experience using the J750 CTO option • Strong mixed-signal test-development experience, particularly with high-precision analog devices • Proficiency in Visual Basic, C++, scripting languages, and firmware development • Experience developing, debugging, characterizing, and optimizing semiconductor test programs • Strong knowledge of test methodologies, measurement accuracy, test coverage, correlation, and production test requirements • Ability to diagnose complex hardware, software, and device-related test issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must possess or be able to obtain a visa permitting business travel to the United States Preferred Experience
• Test-time optimization and yield improvement • Device characterization and production-test correlation • Debugging test hardware, load boards, and device interface boards • Supporting test-program transfer and deployment across international engineering or manufacturing locations
Work Experience Pay Range: $80k - $130K Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Andover, MA
