About the role Leads the execution of the Total Rewards agenda across Latin America, translating strategy into impactful and scalable compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs that support Kerry's business and people priorities. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to deliver market-competitive reward solutions, ensuring a seamless balance between employee experience, operational excellence, compliance, and cost effectiveness. Through strong stakeholder management, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement, the role drives consistent delivery, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures Rewards programs create meaningful value for employees and the business.
Key responsibilities Strategic Rewards Partner
• Act as the trusted Rewards advisor to HR and business leaders across LATAM, translating global Rewards strategies into practical regional solutions that support business growth, talent priorities, and organizational effectiveness. • Partner with HR Leadership Teams and business stakeholders to develop and execute Rewards programs that attract, retain, motivate, and engage talent while ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity. • Provide strategic guidance on compensation, benefits, recognition, incentive, and workforce planning matters, balancing business needs, employee experience, governance, and cost effectiveness. • Leverage market intelligence, analytics, and external benchmarking to identify trends, assess risks, and inform reward-related decisions. • Support organizational transformation initiatives, including restructures, acquisitions, integrations, and talent-related projects, ensuring Rewards considerations are effectively incorporated into business decisions. Rewards Centre of Excellence Partner
• Partner with Global Rewards and regional HR teams to implement and sustain Rewards programs, policies, frameworks, and governance across LATAM. • Drive the regional delivery of annual Rewards processes including salary reviews, incentive plans, market pricing, job architecture, pay transparency, and benefits governance. • Ensure Rewards programs remain compliant with local legislation, company policies, and regulatory requirements across the countries within scope. • Lead the assessment, design, and continuous improvement of Rewards programs to enhance employee value proposition, operational effectiveness, and cost management. • Develop and execute communication and change management strategies that improve understanding and adoption of Rewards programs among leaders, HR teams, and employees. • Provide subject matter expertise and coaching to HRBPs and people leaders on Rewards philosophy, policies, tools, and decision-making frameworks. Business & Operational Execution
• Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Global Rewards, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of Rewards initiatives. • Support data-driven decision making through analysis, insights, and recommendations related to compensation, benefits, workforce costs, and talent outcomes. • Monitor Rewards program effectiveness through KPIs, market benchmarking, employee feedback, and governance reviews, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Drive high-quality execution of Rewards projects and processes, ensuring consistency, service excellence, and alignment with regional and global priorities. • Contribute to the development of regional guidelines, policies, and governance frameworks that enable scalable and sustainable Rewards practices across LATAM.
Qualifications and skills • A Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or other applicable field) • Minimum of ten (10) years broad based human resources experience, with significant experience at influencing; Experience in the food/flavours manufacturing industry desirable • English and Spanish language capability (fluent in writing, speaking); Portuguese strongly desired
