Broward Health Physician Group Department: Gastro - 2021 E Commercial Blvd Ste 202 Req 32898 Shift: Shift 1 FTE: 1.0 Summary: Assists physicians and other health care professionals with a variety of patient and site support activities to facilitate nursing care and to improve the delivery of quality patient services under the direct supervision of a licensed practitioner (M.D. or D.O).
Education: Essential: * Tech/Trade Certification * High School Diploma or GED
Education specialization: Essential: * Medical Assistant * Emergency Medical Technician
Experience:
Credentials: Essential: * Basic Life Support with American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Required upon hire
Education equivalent experience: Essential: * Or 2 years on the job validated training.
