Position Summary You will join our Quality Control team in India as an Analyst. You will perform laboratory testing, manage samples, and record clear, accurate data. You will work closely with colleagues across QC, production and quality systems to make sure tests meet regulatory and company standards. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Perform routine and non-routine analytical tests following approved methods and good documentation practices. - Receive, register, prepare and store samples according to laboratory procedures and safety rules. - Record and review test results against specifications and report deviations or unexpected trends promptly. - Carry out basic equipment checks, clean work areas and support calibration and maintenance activities. - Support method transfers, validations and investigations into unexpected results or out-of-specifications. - Maintain clear laboratory records and contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency projects.

Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field. - Hands-on experience or coursework in laboratory techniques and safe sample handling. - Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. - Ability to follow written procedures and laboratory protocols. - Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. - Willingness to work on-site in a laboratory environment and follow site safety requirements.

Educational Qualifications M. Pharm/ MSc / B. Pharm

Years of Experience More than 3-4 Years of experience in Quality Control Laboratory

Type of Experience - Experience in stability testing programs and routine QC laboratory operations. - Hands-on experience in analysis of Creams, Ointments, and Tablet formulations Technical Skills & Competencies - Hands-on experience in operation, analysis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of: HPLC / UPLC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, Karl Fischer Titrator, pH Meter etc. - Knowledge of analytical testing and method execution as per pharmacopoeial requirements: USP, IP, BP, EP, Experience in: Assay, Related Substances, Dissolution, Water Content, pH, and Identification testing. - Stability sample testing as per approved protocols and schedules. - Analytical data review and reporting. - Laboratory documentation, worksheet preparation, logbook entries, and record maintenance. - Trend analysis of stability data. - Quality & Compliance Requirements Sound knowledge of: cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity (ALCOA+ principles), ICH Stability Guidelines Regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical QC laboratories, Experience in handling: OOS, OOT, Incidents, Deviations, CAPA etc. - Software Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory software and chromatography data systems such as: SLIMS, Empower, Other equivalent analytical software platforms. - Additional Requirements: Experience in supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits/inspections. - Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple stability studies within defined timelines. - Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills. - Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. - Exposure to stability chamber monitoring and stability program management. - Knowledge of shelf-life evaluation and stability data trending. - Audit-ready documentation practices and strong compliance mindset.

Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Prior laboratory experience in a regulated environment or internships in analytical testing. - Familiarity with quality control processes and good laboratory practices. - Experience with common laboratory instruments and basic troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of stability testing, environmental monitoring or microbiology techniques. - Basic computer skills, including Excel and electronic laboratory systems. - A collaborative attitude, willingness to learn and a focus on continuous improvement.
