Fuel Construction Technician Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday-FridayTravel: Approximately 10%Pay Rate: $28.00 - $33.00 per hourPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Fuel Construction Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the construction, installation, removal, repair, and upgrade of fuel systems at a variety of project sites, including municipal facilities, airports, government installations, hospitals, and oil & gas locations.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fuel system construction, underground and aboveground storage tanks, heavy equipment operation, and site development activities. This position offers the opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.Key Responsibilities

• Install, remove, and upgrade underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks. • Install fuel piping, containment systems, and related fuel infrastructure. • Perform excavation, trenching, grading, compaction, and site restoration activities. • Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and compactors. • Assist with environmental remediation and fuel system construction projects. • Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures. • Maintain equipment, tools, and job site cleanliness. • Travel to project sites as needed. Qualifications

• 2-5 years of fuel construction experience. • Experience with underground and aboveground storage tank installation and removal. • Heavy equipment operating experience required. • Strong understanding of OSHA standards and excavation safety practices. • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding work. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL). • HAZWOPER Certification. • Experience working on municipal, airport, government, healthcare, or oil & gas projects. What We're Looking For

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
