Machine OperatorJob DescriptionThis role is a hands-on machine operator position in a clean, climate-controlled food manufacturing facility. You will start by running and loading production equipment and, after a thorough training period, take full ownership of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. The position requires strict adherence to food safety standards and personal protective equipment guidelines.Responsibilities
• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently throughout the shift. • Perform complete machine setup, including configuring equipment for specific production runs. • Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues on the machines, not just basic button pressing. • Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality, output, and adherence to food safety standards. Essential Skills
• Proven ability to set up, troubleshoot, and run production machinery in a manufacturing environment. • Hands-on machine operation experience beyond basic button pressing, with the ability to understand how equipment functions. • Experience in food manufacturing or a similar regulated production environment Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Independence, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $46800.00 - $49400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Company offers full medical, dental, and vision insurance.
