In this role, you'll partner with teams across Assisted Distribution to understand how work gets done today, identify opportunities for improvement, and help bring those ideas to life through digital solutions. You'll be part of a small, high impact team where your work will directly influence frontline experiences, customer outcomes and the way we operate into the future. This is a permanent full-time role based in Meanjin (Brisbane), Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne). What You'll Do • Analyse and map end-to- end business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities. • Design and implement smarter ways of working through digitisation, automation and AI-enabled solutions. • Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and deliver practical improvement initiatives. • Use data and insights to uncover trends, improve operational performance and enhance customer experiences. • Support the adoption of new processes and technology through effective communication and change management. • Contribute to a pipeline of transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce effort and create better outcomes. What You'll Bring • Experience in business process analysis, process mapping or process improvement roles. • Ability to simplify complex problems and design practical solutions. • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills. • Exposure to automation, workflow tools or digital transformation initiatives. • Curiosity about emerging technologies including AI and their business applications. • A collaborative approach and confidence working in a fast-moving environment. • Experience in insurance, banking, financial services or other complex operational environments is valued but not essential.
