Our Opportunity:

The Manager, Pricing & Revenue Growth Management, EMEA will play a key role in defining and executing RBI's pricing and Revenue Growth Management agenda across our EMEA markets. This is a highly analytical and commercially oriented role, working directly with regional leadership, brand teams and franchisees to identify and capture opportunities across pricing, promotions, menu architecture and channel strategy. The role will combine advanced analytics with strong commercial judgment to turn complex sales, consumer, competitor and profitability data into clear recommendations that drive sustainable sales and profitability growth. The role will also contribute to the continued development of RBI's Pricing & RGM capabilities, including advanced pricing models, automated decision-support tools and the application of AI and advanced analytics to commercial decision-making.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

This is a full-time,12 months fixed-term job opportunity with a possibility of conversation to an indefinite employment.

Your Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve RBI EMEA’s Pricing & Revenue Growth Management strategy, including pricing, menu architecture, value positioning and other key commercial levers across markets and brands. • Develop and continuously improve the analytical methodologies, models and tools used to support Pricing & RGM decisions, leveraging advanced analytics, consumer research, automation and AI to increase the quality and sophistication of recommendations. • Work closely with markets and franchisees to identify opportunities and implement Pricing & RGM initiatives end-to-end, from diagnosis and recommendation development through execution, testing and performance measurement. • Scale best practices and strengthen RGM capabilities across EMEA, creating common frameworks and tools and partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Digital, Operations, BI and Technology.

Your Skills & Experience:

• 4-7years years of relevant professional experience, with hands-on experience in Pricing and Revenue Growth Management. • Previous pricing experience within strategy/management consulting or a consumer-facing industry, such as FMCG/CPG, QSR, retail, restaurants, e-commerce or a related sector. • Strong understanding of pricing concepts and methodologies, including price elasticity, willingness to pay, competitive benchmarking, price & SKU architecture, promotional effectiveness and profitability modelling. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business questions and translate data into clear commercial recommendations. • Fully proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools. • Strong experience with SQL and Python and ability to work with large datasets and analytical models, AI and machine-learning applications. • Experience with consumer research, experimentation, statistical modelling or pricing analytics is a strong plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses and confidently present recommendations to senior stakeholders and franchisees. • At least a bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or another quantitative discipline. • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset. • Availability for periodic travel across EMEA.
