About this role
Position Summary Prepares, ships, and receives Customer product ensuring proper documentation. May perform the duties of Material Handler regarding the shipment documents. Ability to train and substitute for supervisor if she/he is not present.
Duties 1) To load and unload consignment from truck and perform general movement of goods in factory. 2) To identify and segregate products at all times as per quality procedures and work instruction. 3) To ensure that document and record for each consignment is adequate, accurate and comply to Good Documentation Practice (GDP) prior release. 4) To report any non-conformance found on products upon receipt, during storage, after processing and prior shipment to immediate supervisor and on hold as and when necessary . 5) To assist in the organisation of the warehouse to maximise the useable space and ensure all batch of consignment to be processed or dispatched can be clearly identified. 6) To comply fully to company rules, QA procedures and safety rules and regulations. 7) To ensure good houskeeping practices are employed. 8) To perform any reasonable request by superior in respect of the efficient running of the site.

Required Experience
• Experience in Forklift handling – 1 years
This position requires knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties involved, including regular communications outside the province of Quebec, training, email communications, and frequent meetings and interactions with English- only employees.
