As a SAP Basis - Senior Associate, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical skills, and enhancing your awareness of strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, working within our SAP practice. You will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can apply your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to deliver value and drive success for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, and administering SAP products and technologies to optimize operational efficiency - Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that align with strategic objectives - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications - Managing SAP Basis tasks including system upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting - Utilizing SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver for strategic technology planning and process optimization - Developing and maintaining SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience and functionality - Collaborating with teams to drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives - Gathering information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for informed decision-making - Applying advanced business application programming (ABAP) skills to customize SAP solutions - Embracing change and adopting habits to sustain performance and develop potential - Building commercial awareness and understanding how the business works to drive value for clients
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for SAP solutions - Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business transformation challenges - Embracing change and demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments - Developing strategic technology planning skills for process optimization - Excelling in communication and teamwork to build meaningful client connections
