• Lead mechanical engineering projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality. • Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor throughout project delivery. • Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, electrical, and civil teams. • Guide HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems design efforts. • Review engineering calculations, layouts, and construction documents for quality and accuracy. • Support project planning, staffing, resource allocation, and financial performance. • Mentor engineers and help elevate team performance. • Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and business development initiatives. • Drive innovative, efficient, and practical engineering solutions for clients. What We're Looking For
• PE License required • 10+ years of mechanical building systems experience • Proven experience managing engineering projects and client relationships • Strong background in HVAC and mechanical systems design • Experience with plumbing and fire protection systems is a plus • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams Ideal background

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
