Job Title: Assembly Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking multiple diligent and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling parts into large sub-assemblies, units, or systems, and ensuring that all assembled units meet standard quality tests.Responsibilities
• Follow detailed instructions to assemble parts into large sub-assemblies, units, or systems. • Troubleshoot and rework assembled units that fail standard tests. • Collaborate with engineers in the modification or repair of sub-assemblies and systems. • Assist with incoming receiving inspection and quality control following company procedures. • Participate in inventory stock taking and assist in inventory control procedures. Essential Skills
• Proficiency in assembly, electronics, and wiring. • Strong troubleshooting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent is preferred. • 0-1+ years of technician experience is preferred. Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a cell manufacturing environment, which requires adherence to specific safety and operational procedures. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
