• Inspect products, packaging materials, and labels to ensure quality standards are met. • Package, label, and prepare finished pharmaceutical products for distribution. • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. • Operate and monitor packaging equipment and report any issues to supervisors. • Complete production and quality documentation accurately. • Perform visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all company policies, FDA regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and warehouse-related tasks as needed. • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. • No college degree required. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Comfortable working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required. • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, assembly, or machine operation. • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, food, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment. • Familiarity with quality inspections and production documentation. • Experience meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. Work Environment This position is based in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility and involves working in a clean, regulated production environment. Employees are expected to follow strict quality, safety, and cleanliness standards to ensure product integrity.Schedule: Approximately 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available based on business needs.
