• Lead the production and coordination of architectural drawings through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. • Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope. • Develop creative, practical design solutions for commercial and industrial projects. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Apply building codes and industry standards to produce high-quality, constructible designs. • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create and manage project documentation. • Support renovation and new construction projects from concept through completion. • Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on design excellence and client satisfaction. What We're Looking For
• Degree in Architecture or related field • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD • Experience working on commercial, industrial, or renovation projects • Strong understanding of building codes and construction documentation • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality design Ideal Candidates May Be

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.This is an onsite role in uptown Charlotte, where you’ll work in a collaborative, studio-style environment using industry-leading tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
