• Develop and maintain BIM models from concept through construction. • Create high-quality Revit models for industrial and commercial projects. • Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to solve design challenges. • Manage BIM standards, workflows, and project documentation. • Support teams with BIM best practices and technical expertise. • Help drive project quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gastonia, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.06 - $48.08/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
