• Lead the design and technical execution of healthcare and complex commercial projects from concept through construction. • Partner directly with clients to understand goals, solve challenges, and deliver innovative design solutions. • Translate design intent into coordinated, buildable construction documents. • Oversee project documentation, quality control, and technical accuracy throughout all phases. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders. • Mentor junior architects and contribute to a collaborative studio environment. • Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and field coordination. • Help drive project success by managing schedules, deliverables, and team workflows. • Participate in client presentations, proposals, and business development efforts. What We're Looking For

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
