• Managing HVAC and mechanical construction scopes • Supporting budgets, forecasting, and cost control • Driving change-order strategy and execution • Coordinating subcontractors, field leadership, and project teams • Managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, and equipment buyout • Supporting project schedules and execution strategy • Building strong relationships with superintendents, foremen, and craft labor • Helping maintain project profitability and client satisfaction What Makes Someone Successful Here The strongest candidates typically come from a mechanical subcontractor environment and understand how contractor-side projects are actually executed in the field.We're especially interested in professionals who have experience with:

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
