How you’ll make an impact in this role
• Optimize Nutritional Care Plans: Assist in planning and implementing specialized medical diet plans, including calculating caloric intake and processing orders for complex tube feedings or formulas. • Drive Patient-Centered Assessment: Conduct clinical interviews and review medical histories to identify individual nutritional needs, food preferences, and critical food allergies. • Streamline Menu Compliance: Process and review daily menu selections to guarantee strict adherence to prescribed dietary restrictions and special care protocols. • Monitor & Document Clinical Intake: Track, evaluate, and meticulously document patient acceptance and intake of meals, supplements, and snacks to evaluate care plan efficacy. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Dietetic Tech credentialed from the Commission on Dietetic Registration preferred. Education:
• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
