What you can expect:
• Leading and strategically shaping projects focusing on connecting external warehouse service providers (Third Party Logistics) to provide and improve the HUGO BOSS 3PL template
• Developing and implementing innovative solutions to increase the efficiency of HUGO BOSS logistics processes with focus on interface technology and their implementation
• Coordinating the introduction or adjustments of the 3PL template in different regions, occasionally directly on-site, in collaboration with international colleagues and partners
• Taking responsibility for comprehensive areas in projects and solutions, focusing on strategic development
• Further development and implementation of warehouse integration solutions considering individual and location-specific conditions
• Training and supporting end-users in using IT systems and ensuring the smooth operation of global processes and support in daily work
Your profile:
• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable education
• At least several years of professional experience in IT logistics and process understanding for logistics and warehouse management processes, ideally also in managing 3PLs via interface connection
• Technical knowledge in SAP Customizing (MM/LE/SD), APIs with JSON and iDocs, and initial experience in the SAP PI/CPI environment
• Enthusiasm, willingness to perform, and initiative in project work, as well as willingness for occasional travel
• Strong ability to define and develop, effectively monitor and analyze interfaces to ensure the smooth operation of HUGO BOSS logistics
• Analytical, structured, communicative and goal-oriented working style to achieve common goals
• Very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to travel regularly to the HUGO BOSS headquarters in Germany
