About this role
Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of master data within the country while coordinating training compliance and capability development across product teams. The role serves as the primary point of contact for master data-related matters, drives data quality and process adherence, supports system and data updates, and ensures users are appropriately trained and compliant with established standards, contributing to operational excellence and business performance. Key Activities
CW1 Local Data Steward (LDS)
• Raise country requirements. • Validate/challenge/approve country requirements (subject to regional approval) • For country requirements, drive alignment with country and regional stakeholders for requisite approvals • Single point of contact (SPOC) for country users (e.g. for escalations or questions/clarifications on master data) and resolve queries/incidents raised by the country if in MD scope incl. root cause analysis, follow-up with involved parties • Ensure accuracy, completeness and uniqueness, ensure regular and pro-active data quality checks/analyses conducted, validate/approve maintenance requests (e.g. merge); ensure maintenance requests are properly routed & implemented • Support local implementation of master data updates for systems in scope • Request mass updates via RDS • Drives quality & KPI performance in country • Understand data quality standards, setup & maintenance process for master data objects in MDAM scope • Support training of country users • Ensure new CMS users are trained CW1 Training Coordinator (BPST)
• Monitors the completeness of the training and completeness of the training records in GPAM SharePoint • Liaise with country product teams to ensure compliance • Support product teams to prioritize and accurately define needs • Ensure trainers and super users are up to speed with key changes and discussion points Typical Measurement Criteria/ KPIs Track internal KPIs such as:
• Master Data Quality: Maintain master data accuracy and completeness through regular data quality reviews and timely resolution of data issues. • Service & Request Management: Resolve master data queries, incidents, and maintenance requests within agreed service levels (SLA). • Training & Compliance: Achieve completion and documentation of required training records, ensuring all CMS users, trainers, and super users are trained on schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related courses Expected Years of Experience(Minimum)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in data administration, data management, training coordination, or related fields is preferred. Skills
