KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Acts as CT IMS Representative/QEMR - drives standardization and process optimization throughout the country • Ensures and engages consistent adherence to process, quality, and environmental standards • Coordinates CO2 scope 1 & 2 efficiency agenda • Understands, implements, administers and communicates all process standards, quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, and business continuity management requirements as stipulated by regional/global • Conducts and supports internal quality, environmental, occupational, health and safety, and BCMS audits • Ensures all corrective actions from internal audits are implemented and followed up. • Works with stations to implement/close non-conformities, supports stations in preparing for external ISO audits • Acts as an interface to the external auditing body and customer audits • Supports the business to ensure customer questions and concerns regarding DGF’s Q&E policy are answered and managed in a professional manner • Conducts supplier audits • Supports training staff in the requirements of the Q&E system, ISO standards and quality procedures as well as business processes • Ensures Q&E policy is communicated and understood within the organization • Coordinates and liaise with relevant government agencies in compliance to the required permits and licenses by various environmental laws and regulations. • Assist in preparing and conducting annual management review and prepares minutes for approval of the country management. • Plans and organizes various environmental programs and activities to create environmental awareness among employees. • Provides support, supervision and guidance to the development of the IMS Auditors. • Creates purchase requisitions and orders
