In this Operation Coordinator - IP position • Freight forwarding and logistics knowledge (air, ocean, road, project cargo). • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Documentation and customs compliance knowledge. • Planning and coordination ability. • Problem-solving and multitasking skills. • Knowledge of shipment tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Typical Daily Activities • Following up with carriers, ports and overseas DHL offices. • Tracking & Rooting air, ocean, and road shipments. • Coordinating liners, ports, customs clearance, and delivery schedules. • Attending port operations and coordination • Handling shipping documentation (B/L, AWB, commercial invoice, packing list, customs documents). • Updating customers on shipment status and reports • Managing exceptions, delays, and operational issues. • Coordinating with warehouses, transporters, and site teams
